The symposium will take place in the Smith lecture theatre and the staff lounge. Venue facilities include toilets with disabled access. Unfortunately, parking is not available. The costs of registration are: £105 (no accommodation) which includes refreshments, buffet lunch, wine and nibbles at the discussion session, sandwiches to go at the end of the conference and conference dinner £195 (with accommodation) which includes all of the above and an additional self-service evening meal on Monday 13th September, self-service breakfasts on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th September at Eats situated in University Place and two nights’ stay at George Kenyon Hall, University Place Registration can be completed online by filling in the form below. Application deadline: 6 August We strongly encourage attendees to submit poster abstracts of their latest works, as priority will be given to those who will be presenting posters. The best of these poster abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. There will also be a prize for the best poster presented in the sessions on Tuesday 14th September. Poster abstracts should not exceed 250 words maximum excluding title, authors and affiliations. Poster abstracts can be submitted online when registering. Lay abstract submission: All attendees are required to submit a lay abstract of their work. The conference organisers and the Wellcome Trust Centre for Cell-Matrix Research public engagement committee will choose six of the best lay abstracts to be judged by in the special session on Tuesday 14th September. Lay abstracts should not exceed 150 words maximum excluding title and author. Lay abstracts can be submitted online when registering. The deadline for submissions is Friday 6th August. Poster boards:  Attendees are invited to submit posters in a landscape format no larger than A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm or 33.1” x 46.8”). Single rooms with ensuite facilities and broadband internet are arranged in self-contained flats in groups of five. Shared kitchen/lounge area in each flat; equipped with all modern kitchen facilities. There is a laundrette, as well as a common room equipped with audio-visual facilities. Breakfast is included with the accommodation and will be served at Eats University Place on the mornings of Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th September. A self-service dinner is also included with the accommodation and will be served at Eats University Place on the evening of Monday 13th September.
